We are one of the India’s largest producers of gelatine serving the domestic & international markets since the last 25 years. The current Directors are technically qualified Engineers.
The plant commissioned in 1990s under the name Alfa Proteins PVT Ltd. for production of technical gelatin on 5.5 acres land at 354/2 village Bhaukhedi District Sehore M.P. (INDIA).
We are having 50 acres land on the National Highway at village Bhaukhedi Teh Ichhawar Dist. Sehore. The main Gelatin plant is having production capacity of 990 MT/ annum. One year back Directors have decided to put one more plant of hydrolyzed agriculture powder in the same premises.
Gelatine is having 95% to 99% undigested proteins where as hydrolyzed agriculture powder is having 90 to 95 % digested protein.(In terms of Peptone, Di Peptone)
The current gelatine and hydrolyzed agriculture powder combined production capacity 5000 MT per annum.
We are ideally located near Bhopal. Which is the approximate epicentre of India, for timely supplies of it’s product to each part of the country. Also abundant raw material is available from surrounding areas from all corners of India. The plant has enough open land of over 45 acres for any further expansion in future. We are improving the general cleanliness of the factory areas. paving of all open areas in the factory area for dust control. Covering the entire factory area by a boundary wall around the factory for security, and protection from stray animals. ALFA PROTEINS PVT. LTD. conducts pest control protocol daily as well as hygiene sanitation round the clock to control bacteria.
All areas of operation have changing rooms, fly catcher, rodent box at point of entry. The layout of the factory has been done in such a way that raw material section is separated by a road from the finishing section (hide section is separated by a road). The company has provided separate housing for its workers and staff in the residential areas developed by the company adjacent to the plant so that the employees do not have to travel to the city. These facilities are now being renovated and for additional demand. Construction of double storey building having about 12 new staff family accommodation.
Alfa Proteins is now planning to expand production by installation of additional equipment to achieve production of Gelatine and hydrolyzed agriculture powder to 1800 MT per annum from 2023 -2024.

Amino acid powder contains vital and active amino acid ingredients which are best use on crops as well as fish/prawn breed and feed. It is extracted from available natural sources such as soya, casein, gelatine etc.
